Take the Virtual Tour!

Trafalgar Castle School is pleased to offer boarding for students in Grades 7 to 12. Our Admissions Team is available to serve our students and families remotely and is committed to guiding you through the admissions process. Please email us at admissions@nulltrafalgarcastle.ca.

Canadian And International Boarding Student Admissions

Our boarding program attracts a mix of Canadian and international students in Grades 7 to 12. Many Canadian students value the opportunity of a boarding experience while international students appreciate the close connections and friendships they develop with Canadian students and students from around the globe.

There is no substitute for feeling the unique energy that Trafalgar Castle School evokes. We encourage families to visit our campus and meet with our Admissions Team but understand that with travel from far-away destinations, this is not always possible during the application process. Online interviews are arranged at a time that is convenient for you.

Student Enrolment Procedure

Trafalgar Castle School has a rolling admissions process. Applications are accepted throughout the year; however, our busiest admissions period is between October and February. Families are encouraged to apply early as our boarding program typically fills quickly and student visas require time to process.

All boarding applicants are required to complete the online application package and provide:

  • Completed online application form;
  • Two consecutive final report cards;
  • Language test for international students (eg. IELTS, TOEFFL or Duolingo);
  • Reference letters; and
  • Application fee.

The student's application package is then assessed and eligible candidates are invited for an in-person interview where possible or online interview. Once the interview has been completed and all required documentation received, the application package is referred to the Admissions Committee for review. At this point, successful candidates will receive an official letter of acceptance. Typically, they will be informed of the Committee’s decision with two weeks of the completed application.
