FEES & FINANCIAL SERVICES

At Trafalgar Castle School, our competitive tuition fees include a wide range of programs and services. We also offer opportunities for financial aid to help support the cost of the unparalleled education we provide at Trafalgar.

Annual fees are determined by a student’s grade and whether they will be a Day or Boarding student. One-time
fees for new students include an Application Fee and an Acceptance Fee.

2025-2026 TUITION & BOARDING FEES

Day Students

Grades 4 to 8: $32,000
Grades 9 to 12: $35,000

Boarding Students

Domestic Boarding Students (7 day): $76,000
Domestic Boarding Students (5 day): $69,000
International Boarding Students: $83,000

Additional Fees

New Student Acceptance Fee: $4,000
Technology Fee (Grades 4-6 ONLY): $400

Application Fee

Application Fee: All new applicants will be charged a non-refundable application fee at the time of submission. Applications to Trafalgar Castle School should be completed here.

Day Students: $75       
Boarding Students: $200

Day Student Enrolment Fees

Upon acceptance of the student’s application, Trafalgar Castle School shall issue a Letter of Offer to the student. The student shall return the Letter of Offer to Trafalgar Castle School signed, together with a one-time acceptance fee of $4,000 and a $6,500 deposit to be applied as a prepayment towards the student’s Tuition Fees.

Such acceptance fee and deposit are non-refundable and shall be forfeited should the student fail to attend Trafalgar Castle School for whatever reason. In making the application, the student agrees to follow the rules and regulations of Trafalgar Castle School.

Boarding Student Enrolment Fees

Upon acceptance of the student’s application, Trafalgar Castle School shall issue a Letter of Offer to the student. The student shall return the Letter of Offer to Trafalgar Castle School signed, together with a one-time acceptance fee of $4,000 and a $15,000 deposit as prepayment towards the student’s Tuition and Boarding Fees.

Such acceptance fee and deposit are non-refundable and shall be forfeited should the student fail to attend Trafalgar Castle School for whatever reason. In making the application, the student agrees to follow the rules and regulations of Trafalgar Castle School.

OUR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

Trafalgar Castle School is pleased to offer financial assistance to families who may require help meeting the financial commitment of a Trafalgar education. A fixed amount of financial aid is available each year, and assistance is awarded based on financial need up to a maximum of 40% of the tuition.

Applications for financial assistance should be made at the same time as an application to Trafalgar Castle School. To demonstrate financial need, parents must file a confidential online Financial Aid for Canadian Students  application through Apple Financial Services, which identifies a family’s ability to support educational expenses.

The Financial Aid Committee with Apple Financial will recommend assistance. Families are asked to reapply for financial assistance every year as their circumstances may change. We regret that not all deserving candidates’ requests can be accommodated.

Financial Assistance is awarded between February 1 and March 1 annually. If funds remain available, applications may be considered after these dates. We strongly recommend you complete your application as early as possible.
