Trafalgar Castle alumna, Meghan Patrick, became even more decorated on September 9 when she won Female Artist of the Year at the Canadian Country Music Association (CCMA) Awards. This was Meghan’s second consecutive year winning the title. At the CCMA’s Meghan also performed her new single, Walls Come Down. Watch the show-stopping performance here.
Earlier this summer, Meghan also picked up three awards including Fan’s Choice, Video of the Year and Female Artist of the Year at the Country Music Association Awards.
From her debut album Grace and Grit (2016), to radio plays and performances with superstar artists like Lady Antebellum, Martina McBride and Keith Urban it has been a busy few years for the Bowmanville native. On her latest album, Country Music Made Me Do It, Meghan co-wrote 12 of the 13 songs.
