“Nostalgia. Opportunities. Love. Nothing will beat the feeling of walking into the Castle, being greeted by fellow students, friendly teachers, and staff members.
Appreciate every single day and every single girl you meet. Take advantage of each opportunity that Trafalgar offers, you will not be faced with these opportunities again. Sometimes your workload will seem stressful, but I promise you that these days are preparing you for the even tougher challenges ahead. I would never have ended up where I am today if it wasn’t for the lessons learned at Trafalgar.”

It gave me a chance to reinvent myself into the person I want to be, into the person I am today, heading towards the career of my dreams: film.”

“Over the years since I left the Castle, I often dreamt of it. I wondered whether, if I had daughters, they would get the chance to experience the Castle as I did…This is my dream come true, and we are truly blessed to have Trafalgar Castle play a part in preparing our daughters for the future.”

“I began by volunteering with elementary school students, just to provide a positive role model in their life. To this day, I still maintain some of those bonds. These skills of compassion, empathy and problem solving that I learned at Trafalgar have become fundamental tenets of my law practice.
I’m a lawyer in Toronto Ontario and my practice focuses on human rights, social justice and constitutional law. The best way I could describe the work I do is advocating for the “Davids” of the world when they are fighting for justice against the “Goliaths”. My work also includes advocating for Indigenous people in their dealing with the government. Undoubtedly, the skills and lessons learned at Trafalgar have helped me become a voice and an advocate for those less fortunate than I.”

“During my time at Trafalgar, teachers always went above and beyond to make sure that they were doing everything they could to help foster each student’s unique talents. were. And that is really special.
I’ve always loved to write and part of what enabled me to really go after my dreams of being a writer is the confidence I gained at Trafalgar…This confidence has been, and still is, tested over and over again throughout school and my professional life, as it always is, but the confidence I gained through the support network has helped give me the confidence to keep working at it, to keep getting better, to keep trying.
It’s that kind of support that I think is really unique to Trafalgar and life at the Castle. Absolutely every teacher cares about you. It’s a bit like a family.”

“My favourite memory from the Castle is the first camping weekend. I hadn’t spent much time away from and it made me feel so independent. It was such a bonding experience and really made me feel part of the community.
Trafalgar helped shape me into who I am today because they gave me opportunities to lead.”

“Every single day at Trafalgar was a memory that I will treasure. However, representing the school as May Queen was by far the one I will treasure the most.
Trafalgar’s First Robotics Team, Waldo, has shaped me into the well-rounded person I am today.”
