The National Coalition of Girls’ Schools (NCGS) partnered with seven member schools in the Toronto area to host a Girls’ School Advantage advocacy outreach event on April 28. Prospective families and community-based organizations attended to learn about the effectiveness and unique environment of all-girls schools. The program featured remarks from Natalie Demers, Director of Research Initiatives & Programs at NCGS, and a Q&A panel of student representatives from each of the participating schools followed by a school fair.
Thank you to Head Girl, Selena for doing an amazing job on the panel as Trafalgar’s student representative and to Grade 10 student Calia for helping answer questions for prospective parents following the Q&A. It was a great opportunity to network and meet students from other NCGS member schools.
